Coating is our core competency – based on an electrostatic powder coating system.

We focus on the protection of sheet steel and galvanised sheet metal against corrosion and chemical attack, primarily indoors. 

Maximum component dimensions:

  • 1800 x 750 x 750 mm (Hohlkörper)
  • 1800 x 750 mm (Hohlzylinder)
  • 1800 x 1200 x 2 mm (Flachwaren)
  • mit einem Gewicht von: max. 50 kg

The workpieces are degreased and phosphatized during pre-treatment. The powder is applied electrostatically and fired at a temperature of 185 °C in a furnace for 15 minutes with a coating thickness of 60 - 80 µ. Contact our in-house engineer, Mr Gerd Schwandter, for a non-binding quotation.
